Omar Delarosa writes and performs music. He grew up in Orlando, FL, but now resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Little Insects has been Omar Delarosa's music recording and performing project since Summer 2008. Before that he performed at various coffee houses, back yards and bars around Central Florida.

These days Little Insects has recoreded and self-released a few albums and performed in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, and Ontario.

The music has been described as"anti-charisma taken to absurd lengths" by the Village Voice, but Delarosa just likes to call it "bedroom pop with folk and electronic influences."
